TWO DAYS OF EVENTS
You can book to have space on the park for either the Saturday or Sunday shows, or both days. You must book 'full' days though. That is, you must be on the park and set-up before 12 noon on each day you have booked and cannot leave before 6pm (unless you have special circumstances). This is a health and safety regulation we have implemented to prevent the movement of vehicles - which could cause accidents.

You can book your craft or homebake stall on the park during Carnival Weekend for the following prices:

One Day - £35
Two Days - £70

You will need to complete the Commercial, Information or Craft Stall booking form by downloading the form at the bottom of this page and printing it out. Complete the form and return it with your gull payment.

On receipt of the completed form and your full payment, your area will be officially booked with us. Two weeks before the event we will send you plans and details of the event and a special pass to enable you get into the park and set your stall and marquee up.

HOW MUCH SPACE?
Our general rule is that you should plan for a 6m by 3m space - this is generally adequate for an average stall with a vehicle parked beside it.
But the form gives you options for space and you need to be clear what space you want for your activity so we can plan it for you.

Please note: We reserve the right of refusal on the grounds that your wares are inappropriate. We also reserve the right to request more rental payment if we feel your pitch needs an excessively large space.

SETTING UP YOUR STALL
Sometime nearer the event, about a fortnight before, you will receive a pack from us containing all the details you'll need to know. We have to be fairly strict with our procedures so that we can organise the event safely and with the least amount of congestion etc. For a stsrt you will need to be on the Park by 10am on the morning you have (unless it is Sunday and you have set up your stall on Saturday). This gives you two hours to set-up.

If you do book both days, then dont worry about leaving your stall overnight, we have security on the park - although you should, of course, take your wares with you overnight.
